Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

We ship to all areas in South Africa. All orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days from our warehouse.

Delivery Timeframes

  • Major centres (JHB, CPT, DBN, PTA): 2–3 business days
  • Regional areas: 3–5 business days
  • Remote areas: 5–7 business days

Shipping Rates

  • Standard shipping: R120 per order
  • Free shipping: On all orders over R1 000

Delivery fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on your order total.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can also track your order using your order number in the "My Orders" section of your account.

Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Conditions for Returns

  • Items must be unused and in their original, undamaged packaging
  • Books must be unread (unopened where applicable)
  • Personalised or digital items cannot be returned
  • Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at hello@chanellesgarden.co.za with your order number and reason for return
  2. We will provide you with a return authorisation and shipping instructions
  3. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect
  4. Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund within 3–5 business days

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order for the item you want.
