It means savouring every moment that God so graciously uses to reveal His glory in our lives. Whether it be a walk in nature (where the focus is not exercising, but beholding His goodness), meaningful conversations (where we can encourage and strengthen each other through the Word of God), or enjoying a cup of coffee whilst listening to His voice, rather than rushing through things to get the checklist complete.

It results in thoughtful living, where you learn to focus on purpose (making Christ known), reflection (renewing your mind to His Word) and intentionality (applying all you have learned).

Considered moments and thoughtful living involves living victoriously, rather than in defeat; being attentive to Jesus, rather than trying to figure things out in your own strength.

It means being intentional, mindful, present and fully engaged, rather than acting on auto pilot or constant planning. It means recognising and appreciating the beauty in simple, everyday experiences — investing time in the things God deems important.

It is a space where you can learn, grow and sometimes, just be.

My Story

My name is Chanelle, and Chanelle's Garden was born from a personal desire to find a space where faith and creativity didn't have to live in separate compartments. For years I have searched for a corner where the aroma of coffee met the quiet reverence of Scripture and the tactile joy of art. When I couldn't find it, I felt a desire to build it.

Although our space is currently limited to an online navigating of a desire that cannot be fully enjoyed yet, I believe that everyone has the opportunity to see their own homes as a space for quiet and intimate moments. Although I cannot serve your coffee (yet), I urge you to grab a cup of coffee (or tea), and learn to enjoy the moment, just where you are…

My commitment is simple: to be a faithful steward. Whether I am creating or helping someone in their search of Scripture, my goal is to serve you with excellence and display God's glory in all I endeavour to do.
